The Performing Arts department is a vibrant department within the Academy. All students study Drama and Music at KS3 and both subjects are available, alongside Dance, at GCSE level. Dance is taught at KS3 through PE lessons. The department offers a range of extra-curricular activities throughout the year including; Dance clubs, KS3 Drama Club, Shakespeare Schools Festival, Music concerts and school productions. We also are incredibly privileged to have Essex Music School running at Stewards on Wednesday after-school.
