Pupils are asked to enter the school site from Pinceybrook Road, walking through the car park and entering the Flexi suite via the external stairs. Should your child not be able to collect their results on this day a small stamped addressed envelope can be left with Reception staff before the end of term (20th July). Your child’s results will then be posted on 24th August. Please remember that the school switchboard is not staffed during the closure. Messages left on the answerphone will be checked periodically, but responses may take some time. If your child wishes to send a representative instead, e.g. a parent/guardian, then a permission letter with the representative’s name which has been signed by the pupil must be presented on the day in order for the exam results to be released.
Exam Certificates will be available for collection from the school reception after Monday 20th November 2023 between the hours of 10am and 2pm, for the students that have not provided a forwarding address via the link sent in Class Charts prior to the exam season, which they will still have access to until Friday 30th June. Please be advised that unclaimed certificates will be destroyed by secure disposal (for example by shredding) 12 months from the date of issue (November 2024), replacement certificates can be reissued by the awarding bodies, at a cost to the candidate of £50 upwards.
Whilst writing, please can I ask that you remind your child that if they are still in possession of any school property, e.g. text books or a locker key, these should be returned before or on 24th August.
I look forward to welcoming everyone on Results Day.
